Dishes arrive accompanied by flavorful sides and thoughtful touches that capture both comfort and a hint of adventure—from housemade favorites to unexpected combinations like the richly topped omelets and crepes filled with vibrant, fresh ingredients. Portions are generous, encouraging you to linger over conversations and perhaps a mimosa or hot tea that complements the meal perfectly.
Service here tends to feel personal and attentive without ever feeling rushed, reflecting a genuine care for the experience beyond the plate. It’s the kind of place where friendly banter with servers or chefs can turn a morning outing into an unhurried ritual, one worth returning to whenever a comforting breakfast and warm hospitality are on the agenda.

Egg Works never disappoints! I had the California Benny and the Chili Relleno Omelette, and both were absolutely incredible. The California Benny was fresh, perfectly balanced, and full of flavor with the creamy avocado and hollandaise. The Chili Relleno Omelette was unique, hearty, and had just the right amount of kick—definitely something you don’t find everywhere. Portions were generous, service was busy and friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. One of the best breakfast spots in town—highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of dining at Egg Works today for breakfast, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! Our server, Coco, truly made our visit memorable. She has an outstanding personality, is incredibly attentive, and embodies all the qualities you hope for in a great server. As for the food, it was delicious! My wife ordered the chicken salad sandwich, which she enjoyed, and I opted for the Mexican omelette. Both dishes came in generous portions and were of high quality. The extensive menu offers something for everyone, and the daily specials are a nice touch. Their banana muffins are a must-try as well. Overall, Egg Works is a must-visit spot for breakfast lovers. Thanks, Coco, for your exceptional service! We'll definitely be back!

This is definitely one of the best breakfast restaurants in the Vegas Valley, bar none! Of course, there are a few of them but this is my favorite location and one that my wife and I always make a point to stop at whenever we make our way up north to Tahoe/Carson City. As you can guess, breakfast is their thing and holy cow, do they ever have a HUGE menu and with TONS of great options. I personally love their Mexican Omelette with seasoned potatoes and my wife enjoys the Brad's Scramble and we both always make sure to get the Banana Nut Muffin as it is the BOMB (trust me, way better than toast)! I should note that it can get really busy especially on a Sunday morning after church lets out but if you're willing to dine at the counter, you can usually find a couple of seats. Otherwise, be prepared to wait a bit and know that it's worth it. If nothing else, it'll give you a chance to look at the specials and to enjoy the scale model train circling around the restaurant. Need I say, the kids definitely love this! While dining, if there's ever a time when you need something, simply flip the egg face from a smiling black to a sad yellow and help will be on the way. While there is plenty of parking available in the free lot, you may have to find a spot further back if you come late in the morning. Hope you enjoy!

We had our dog with us and they sat us on the patio. Excellent service to us and to our fur baby ! They’re dog friendly. The food was served hot and delicious. Very happy and we will return again! Our server Coco was amazing! Highly recommended!

I highly recommend the California crepe or chicken fried steak, both were delicious. Their coffee and water was delicious as well. You get plenty of food for your money. Clean restroom, tables, floors and seats. Our waitress and staff were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend stopping by for some of their delicious food.

Favorite breakfast spot! My husband and I first visited the location on Sahara (just off the strip) about 2 years ago and we fell in love with the food. Then, we visited this location because it’s closer to our home and we fell in love with the service. We frequent this location as much as our pockets allow lol (about twice a month). We request Dustin every time. He is attentive, prompt, and has established rapport with us. When Dusty wasn’t available, we were helped by Steven, McKenzie (haven’t seen her in a while) and most recently Jasmine, all provided amazing service as well. I’ve noticed that most of the staff at this location has remained consistent which speaks volumes about this location and how the staff are treated.

The food is tasty and the atmosphere is nice. The only thing is that they don’t have any alternative options (like oat milk or different types of cheese for dishes). If this is important to you, it’s better to check in advance
